Learning Support Assistant role- Wimbledon

A lovely two form entry school based in Wimbledon are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with a young boy in Year 3 that is showing signs of challenging behaviour. The role is to work 1-1 on a daily basis to assist the child with learning boundaries and develop trust and respect for others as well as work on his individual learning in class.

The SENCO who will be line managing the successful candidate is looking for a learning Support Assistant who is a great team player, fun loving, can be firm but fair, resilient and can be think on their feet.

Being a two form entry school, you will be well supported within the school, they have excellent state of the art facilities that makes life within the classroom a lot easier. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for a position of this nature.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
