Required to start asap on a supply basis is an enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant for general cover, who can support pupils in small groups and also individually on a 1:1 basis delivering targeted, bespoke literacy and numeracy interventions.
This is a large school in the BD12 area, located close to Bradford City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. The school believe that ‘learning should be rewarding and enjoyable experience where they have the opportunity to realise their potential and celebrate their success’.
The ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant will;
• Be able to work either on a one-to-one basis or with small groups based on the pupils identified as needing support in this area.
• The length of the assignment will be dependent on the development of the child/children and will be judged on their improved confidence, engagement and positive outlook. Essentially this will be determined by the school.
