Level 3 Teaching Assistant

To start as soon as possible

Teaching Personnel have now started working alongside a large primary school in Cardiff who require enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to become a part of the team. This particular school have made significant changes to the structure of the school in which the school has become a welcoming, hard working and motivated school to work for. This school try to create an environment which allows everyone to develop mutual respect for each other and a respect for learning. This is an exciting time to join the Teaching Personnel team.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working with children within a Primary setting and be willing to work as members of enthusiastic and forward thinking teams to ensure learners of all abilities achieve their very best. They should have a good understanding of how children can learn and develop and be able to work confidently with them and with other teachers. Candidates must be able to use their own initiative and be able to communicate confidently and effectively with children, staff and parents. All candidates must have the ability to work within and apply all school policies and it would be advantageous to have knowledge of the SEN code of Practice. All applicants must hold the Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and a good standard of education.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to further their experience and contribute to the positive achievement of the pupils of this school.
