We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team full-time starting in October at a dynamic secondary school.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Availability: Full-time, starting October 2025
Location: Brierfield, East Lancashire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide targeted support to students in need, including those with special educational needs.
  • Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or degree.
  • Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
