Learning Support Assistant - SEN

We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to work with Primary and Secondary aged SEN pupils with various learning and physical needs.

You will be required to support the staff team with carrying out lessons and implementing each child's individual Educational Healthcare plans, in addition to supporting the pupils with their learning and development on a 1:1 basis as well as in a group. Building relationships with the staff and children is very important!

As the suitable candidate, you will need to have previous experience with Special Needs and have the ability to work independently, as well as in a team. You will need to have the flexibility to work with different ages and needs, and be able to work between 08:30 to 15:30 each day. Applicants looking for part time work will also be welcome.

Any relevant qualifications will be beneficial, but as a minimum, you must have GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths.
