Salary: £19,554 - £23,836 pro-rata

The Governors are seeking to appoint an excellent, dynamic and motivated LSA to join a team and support learning and teaching in our school Family.

This school require an excellent LSA to work in one of our Key Stage 1 class families. This post would suit a flexible, enthusiastic professional who feels confident to work with children. They need to deliver high quality support and communicate very effectively with children, colleagues and families. We are keen to appoint someone who has a commitment to making a difference within our community and is determined and aspirational for all children's learning.

As this is for learning support in a Key Stage 1 class we are looking for someone who is proficient and confident in supporting early English including phonics and early maths. Although the LSA would work largely under the direction of the teacher the post requires the ability to take initiative, addressing misconceptions and being proactive in working with the teacher to adjust plans. Whilst supporting in the classroom the successful applicant would be working with children in both small groups and 1:1.

Hours of work:

• 45-3.20
• Monday - Friday
