Are you an experience Learning Support Assistant with experience of working with students who have been removed from Mainstream education?

We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant, on a full time basis from September, to work within on of our Pupil Referral Units on the outskirts of central Salisbury. The school itself is a independently funded senior school for boys & girls who have Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, with the aim to help students transition back to Mainstream education.

We are currently looking for staff who have strong behaviour management skills, excellent one to one experience, the ability to lead/cover small classes in the absence of the Class Teacher and have a genuine interest in seeing students progress and achieve to the highest of their ability.
