Primary Learning Support Assistant
Liverpool, Bootle, L30
GBP10 - GBP11 per hour
The role:
Teaching Personnel is working with a mainstream Primary School in L30, Bootle, who is searching for an experienced 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to work with a pupil in Year 4 with lower level learning abilities. The pupil is quite far behind with their academic work, so you would be required to work with the pupil on a 1-1 basis to assist with catch up learning and emotional support. You will also monitor the pupil at break times and help keep an assessment of their daily progress for the class teacher and SENCO.
This role is Mon - Fri, 5 days per week and hours approximately 8:30am - 15:00pm each day.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting, and experience working with children with lower level learning abilities.
