Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to secure work for this academic year?

Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic LSA's for a number of roles across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

The opportunities we have are both full time and part time. If you wanted more flexibility in your life then you could also join us on a supply basis.

Working for us on a supply basis allows you the freedom to work when and where you want - you are in control of your weekly diary.


What you will be doing:

As an LSA you will be expected to offer in class support for individuals and small groups of students as well as out of class 1:1 support.

The ideal candidates will have prior experience in a KS3 and KS4 setting, with the ability to deliver 1:1 and group interventions with an enthusiastic and inspiring approach to children's learning.

Responsibilities include assisting in behaviour management, working with small groups to enhance reading/writing skills and supporting the class teacher in the delivery of engaging lessons.

The pay for LSA's will be between £54-65 a day dependant on the role and your experience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
