Your Responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant

• Work closely with teaching staff to support learning in and out of the classroom

• Offer 1:1 and small group support tailored to pupils’ individual learning plans

• Promote independence, emotional wellbeing and social development

• Assist in delivering creative, differentiated lessons suited to students' needs

• Support behaviour management strategies in a calm, respectful manner
