About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support to students with a range of needs. You’ll work in an inclusive environment focused on personalized support and holistic development. Full preparation and support will be provided, including a meet-and-greet and a trial day to help you succeed in your new role.
Areas of Support:
- Primary & Secondary Support
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Complex Needs & ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Job Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings available
- Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
- Pay: £90-£95 per day (based on experience)

- Provide individualized support for students with SEN

What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for supporting students with SEN
- Previous education or care experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
