Job description

I have a school seeking Learning Support Assistants in the Twickenham area. They are looking for behaviour mentors to join their strong and friendly staff with interviews in the next two weeks. Candidates would be expected to have experience working with children with SEN or challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will be taking on a full time role on a long term basis.

  • It would be a full-time role, working 5 days-a-week from 8:30-15:30
  • The daily pay rate ranges from £60-90 a-day depending on experience and qualifications

The Role

The school are looking to hire LSAs and behaviour specialists to join their committed and dedicated team. The role would start ASAP with interviews commencing this week and next as the schools plan to have their staffing organised as early as possible. The ideal candidate will have experience with challenging behaviour and SEN at several schools. This specific role will require candidates to work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, as such, experience in a variety of different size groups would be ideal.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
