Are you a strong and experienced English Teacher? Looking for a new role? Can you teach KS3-KS5 English? If so we have the perfect role for you!
Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a English Teacher for a client faith school in Northumberland to cover a Maternity. The role is temporary: starting in November 2018 and ending in June 2019 at the moment however, it does have the possibility of being extended. You will be prepping and delivering lessons across KS3-KS5 to classes of mixed ability.
The school is located in Bedlington and currently has over 1000 pupils on roll. It is a faith school therefore an individual familiar with the Catholic ethos would be desired however not essential; students are mostly well behaved and the school prides it self on its committed and caring staff ethos. This combined with the SLT's continued commitment to the performing arts, sports and a wealth of extra-curriculars ensures all learners are fully supported and challenged to achieve their potential.

An ideal candidate will have:
- UK recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching English at a variety of levels
- A friendly and patient approach to teaching
- Good behaviour management skills
- The ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
