Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client primary school in the Gorton area of Manchester (M18). The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their KS2 team on a full time basis starting as soon as possible! The role will run up until the end of the academic year with the opportunity for extension into September for the right person.

The role is to work at a 'GOOD' 3 form entry primary school, in one of the schools Year 4 classes. The school are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who has experience supporting learning across KS2. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking small intervention groups in core subject areas in order to help raise attainment across the board. Candidates who are comfortable with the current curriculum who have experience working with children on a 1:1 and group basis would thrive in this role.

To be considered you will:

  • Have recent and relevant experience supporting learning across KS2
  • Be available immediately on a full time basis
  • Have and understanding of the current curriculum and will be comfortable supporting learning on a 1:1 and group basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
