KS2 Primary Teacher | Brighton | Good School

Job description

A Primary School in Brighton graded 'Good' by Ofsted is looking for a part time KS2 teacher to begin in January. The successful candidate will be teaching a year 5 class with good behaviour, including 2 children with SEN who receive one to one support from a specialist teaching assistant.

This role is to be from January until July, however this will be reviewed and there is the opportunity for this to be a permanent role in due course.

The successful candidate would need the following requirements:

  • Be innovative classroom practitioners, promoting positive attitudes, values and behaviours and be able to lead by example
  • Have a proven track record in creativity in teaching and learning to ensure pupils make good progress and be committed to raising standards
  • Have Outstanding knowledge of the KS1 Curriculum
  • Have a genuine commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
