Teaching Personnel are working as a recruitment partner for a Trafford Primary school situated in Altrincham, WA15. The Trafford, Altrincham (WA15) Primary school is looking to recruit an experienced KS1 Teaching Assistant on a full time basis for the rest of the academic year. The start date will be as soon as possible.

The Primary school in Trafford, Altrincham (WA15) is a 2 form entry Primary. In their most recent Ofsted report during the last academic year the school received the grading of "GOOD", a grade that they have maintained for a number of years. The school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to help support the class teacher and push the pupils during school in order for them to achieve their required targets. The role would require the Teaching Assistant to lead small interventions for both higher and lower ability pupils in different subjects. Phonics, Maths, Reading and Writing intervention groups would be the main ones. The school need someone who is comfortable and has previous experience in delivering these types of intervention groups.

The KS1 role will be in a Year 2 class. As this is a SATs year for the pupils it is important that the candidate has previous experience in working with year 2 and delivering KS1 SATs boosters in order to give the pupils the best possible support to succeed.
