PRIMARY KS1 TEACHING ASSISTANT

We require a Qualified KS1 Teaching Assistant

While we are looking for the position to start as soon as possible, a September start would be considered for the right candidate.

We are seeking an motivated, committed and enthusiastic teaching assistant who has previous experience of working within Key Stage 1 (KS1). Someone who can work creatively and independently. Keen to work as part of our successful and friendly team can show initiative and be self motivated can work with pupils of all abilities and have high expectations has experience in the delivery of phonics and early maths programmes or is willing to undertake training is caring and will foster excellent working relationships with children.

  • KS1 Teaching Assistant at an expanding primary school
  • London based KS1 Teaching Assistant role
  • £60 - £80 per day
  • Permanent, Full-Time KS1 Teaching Assistant position starting asap

* All shortlisted candidates will need to verify their eligibility to work in the UK at interview and have or be willing to get a Childforce DBS and have that on the Update Service.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
