KS1 Teacher (Year 2) - Full time (Monday - Friday 8:30-3:30) - New Basford, NG7.

Teaching Personnel have a long standing relationship with a school in the NG7 area that has been accredited as 'Good' in a recent Ofsted. The school are currently looking for someone who would be enthusiastic and confident working closely with children in KS1. Attainment and Achievements are good across the school; however require an increase in children in the national average to achieve outstanding.

The position has the prospect of continuing to the end of the academic year, the successful candidate would need to have current curriculum knowledge and be confident in delivering engaging lessons to 30 children and small intervention groups. You would also need to be confident understanding different techniques in delivering Phonics.

The School would expect the candidate to provide a safe learning environment which encourages creativity and life-long independent learning.

To be considered for the role:

Relevant experience working with children

QTS

Experienced Teacher - Previously worked in KS1

Knowledge of the current school curriculum (Preferable)

Enhanced DBS on the online update service.

Right to work in the UK.

At least 2 relevant references that would we could approach straight away.

Flexible and easily adapt to different situations.
