Do you have a strong academic record or previous experience supporting primary aged pupils?

This primary school is looking for a committed new team member to join their two form entry primary school!

*KS2 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in Greenwich*
*Role available immediately*
*Full-Time post, Long-term*
*£60 - £70 per day*

This pleasant and nurturing primary is a short walk from Greenwich Train Station, with on-site parking available upon prior authorisation. The 'Good' rated school is said to be " A school with traditional Christian values, and a curriculum to make the everyday... ...extraordinary". It has a great reputation for providing their support staff with outstanding support, hence as a graduate KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will benefit from learning and working in a great teaching and learning environment. This position involves supporting the learning of an enthusiastic class of 28 children. You will benefit from the support and expertise of the amicable Head Teacher.

Person Requirements

The ideal candidate should be able to display strong literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to express ideas to mixed abilities. You must have the passion and high energy required to be successful in the role. You will have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and will be able to confidently support individuals and smaller groups of children. The Individual should ideally be a graduate who is looking for experience or someone with prior experience working with children in KS1 or KS2 and is capable of aiding children in attaining excellent grades. In general, you will be preparing content for lessons in order to build your confidence with planning and preparation.
