Supply Inclusion Manager – Bradford

Location: Bradford 
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Pay: Competitive daily rate (based on experience)
Contract: Supply / Temporary

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Manager to join our wonderful network of Bradford secondary schools on a flexible supply basis!

Your Role:

As a Supply Inclusion Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of inclusion within school life — helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, supporting their emotional wellbeing, and ensuring they feel confident and capable each day.

Your daily responsibilities may include:
Supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Overseeing inclusion rooms or internal isolation spaces
Creating and implementing personalised support plans
Working closely with senior leaders and external agencies
️ Keeping accurate records and progress updates

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience as an Inclusion Manager, Behaviour Lead, or Pastoral Support Lead
✅ Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Confidence in behaviour management strategies
✅ A warm, resilient, and positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
