Behaviour Support Assistant – Huddersfield (HD5)

Daily Rate: £90–£105/day | Full-Time | Long-Term

We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to work across classes in a Huddersfield SEMH school.

Duties:

• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs.

• Use de-escalation and behaviour management strategies.

• Provide structure, consistency, and encouragement.

• Work 1:1 and with small groups as required.

This role is ideal for:

• Candidates from youth work, care, ex-forces/police, or mentoring backgrounds.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
