Daily Rate: £90–£105/day
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a supportive school in Bradford. This role is ideal for someone with a calm, proactive approach who can help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

The Role:

  • Support pupils across the school with behavioural and emotional needs.

  • Work with individuals and small groups to encourage engagement in lessons.

  • Implement positive behaviour strategies and use de-escalation techniques.

  • Support pupils during class, break times, and transitions around school.

  • Collaborate with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral teams to create a safe, inclusive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in behaviour support, SEMH, SEND, youth work, or care.

  • Confident in using behaviour management and building positive relationships.

  • Resilient, empathetic, and able to stay calm under pressure.

  • DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

  • Team Teach or similar training desirable (not essential).
