Learning Mentor – SEMH Support (Bradford)

Daily Rate: £90–£105/day | Full-Time | Long-Term | Short-Term / Temp-to-Perm

We are seeking a resilient and compassionate Learning Mentor to support young people in a specialist SEMH provision in Bradford. You’ll be working with students who need help to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group mentoring for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.

• Support with emotional regulation, confidence building, and social skills.

• Implement tailored behaviour management strategies (Team Teach desirable).

• Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies.

• Support pupils with transitions and encourage positive engagement with learning.

Ideal for: candidates from youth work, ex-police/forces, behaviour support, or SEMH school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
