Role and Responsibilities: As a Humanities Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape young minds and make a lasting impact on their educational journey. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and interactive lessons in Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to promote their academic growth.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student engagement.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum, sharing best practices, and contributing to the overall development of the department.
• Providing guidance and support to students, fostering their personal and intellectual development.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., History, Geography, Religious Studies) or equivalent.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for Humanities subjects, with a strong understanding of the curriculum requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Proven ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.
