Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for the next step in your career?

On behalf of a Head Teacher at a local Plymouth secondary school, Teaching Personnel are looking for a dedicated and confident teaching assistant to provide HLTA and cover supervisor duties on a part time basis. The successful candidate will work at the same school on a supply basis between 2 - 5 days per week dependant on availability and teach pre set work to key stage 3 throughout all subjects.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be qualified to at least Level 3 in Supporting teaching and learning in schools or similar qualification / degree
  • Be confident in the delivery of lessons and small group intervention
  • Have strong behaviour management
  • Commit to a part time role, term time only

Earn from £65 per day, dependant on your experience. Teaching Personnel offer WEEKLY PAY and do not use Umbrella companies to process payments.

In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £44, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.
