I am currently seeking a honest and reliable History Teacher for a very well respected secondary school, located in the HX3 area of Calderdale. I am searching for a History Teacher that can create varied and flexible approach to the Humanities curriculum? Are you a History Teacher that can promote differentiation, and commitment to pupil progression? 

I am seeking Secondary History Teachers who:

  • Have worked in UK secondary schools previously
  • Taught 9-1 GCSE History
  • Can adapt to new situations quickly & have the ability to think on your feet
  • Have an upbeat and positive attitude towards the education of young people
  • Hold QTS, a DBS certificate registered on the Update Service

Teaching Personnel have been providing supply staff since 1996 to secondary, primary and SEN schools throughout England and Wales since. Our Leeds Bradford Secondary office specifically works with secondary schools across West Yorkshire sending supply to 70% of all schools.

We are hoping to meet with a History teacher who can make a positive contribution to teaching and learning, joining the school on its journey to becoming an exceptional school. Our workforce partner school is a large modern secondary, only a short drive from public transport links. Staff and students can benefit from state of the art facilities including a specialised learning support unit for students to work away from mainstreams lessons.

We can offer the right teacher excellent additional training in our own CPD academy in which we are partnered with Leeds Trinity University! This is to give additional support and get you the same professional development the teachers in he school are currently getting.
