Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is currently collaborating with a secondary school in Wigan seeking to appoint a highly experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their robust Learning Support department immediately.

• Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Full-time HLTA role - Required to start ASAP
• Competitive pay rate – starting at £90 per day
• Temporary position initially with the potential for a permanent contract

• The responsibilities of the HLTA will include providing in-class support, as well as planning and delivering Learning Support lessons to identified students within the school.

The ideal candidate should possess an HLTA qualification, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and confidence in liaising with parents, staff, and external professionals.
