I am working with a Tyne and Wear based College, who are looking for a Lecturer in Childcare for a possible immediate start. The majority of the college’s students are aged 16-18 and are split over three campuses. This role is based at the Main campus, a short drive from Newcastle City Centre. The college recently maintained its ‘Good’ status from it’s last Ofsted report, with particular praise going to the leadership and management, quality of teaching and the behaviour of students.
Key Stage 5 experience is essential for this particular role, as the successful candidate will be expected to ‘hit the ground running’. However, full support will be given within the friendly and helpful department.
In return you will receive;
• Competitive rates of pay, up to £190 per day depending on experience and length of booking.
• Access to an ‘Outstanding’ CPD programme to enhance your skills and your CV.
• A dedicated recruitment consultant, who is a teacher of 10 years’ experience himself.
• ‘Recommend a Friend’ scheme, which earns you money for nominating fellow teachers for work.
• A chance to win the ‘Teacher of the Month Award’.
• Save money on needless umbrella company fees by being part of Teaching Personnel’s payroll.
