Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Computer Science department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Develop a modern, industry-relevant curriculum across Key Stages 3–5
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the department
• Support and mentor teaching staff, contributing to continuous professional development
• Inspire students through dynamic and engaging classroom practice

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher with a strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
• Experience teaching Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Proven or potential leadership experience within a school setting
• A passion for innovative teaching and the ability to engage and inspire students
• Strong communication and organisational skills
