We’re recruiting motivated graduates to work as Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors across a number of secondary schools in Cannock, Rugeley, and Stafford.

Role Options:

Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Support students 1:1 or in small groups

• Assist teachers with lessons, behaviour and engagement

• Help students who need extra guidance or encouragement

Graduate Cover Supervisor

• Deliver pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent

• Manage classroom behaviour

• Keep pupils on track with their learning
