Have you ever considered a career in teaching and wanting to gain more experience in secondary schools?

I am recruiting Graduates who are looking to gain a greater insight into teaching, to work at my schools in both Cambridge.

Schools from September will be looking for willing Graduates to take on the role of a Cover Supervisor, to cover classes across all Key Stages, including A Level.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR IN A GRADUATE:

• The Graduate MUST have a degree qualification or be near to finishing a degree
• Available on both a full-time and part-time basis - although we cannot guarantee permanent work, being as flexible as possible will open more doors to you
• You must be able to confidently cover lessons (that are provided) to a high standard
• Manage the classroom, and be confident to ensure students are abiding by the school's behaviour policy
• Have a passion to mould the next generation! Just because you are not a teacher does not mean you cannot make a difference in a child's education

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

• Pay range between £350- £425 a week
• Work from September 2018 in various schools, to give you a mixture of experiences
• Opportunities to work across the Key Stages, from KS3 to A Level
• Opportunities to work alongside experienced Teachers, who can offer support and guidance when needed

There are schools in Cambridge who are Teacher Training Schools, so there are also opportunities to support future PGCE or Schools Direct applicants.
