Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEND / SEMH Suppor

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children and young people?
We are currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in schools supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
- Help students engage with learning and reach their full potential
- Support children with a range of needs, including behavioural, emotional, and learning challenges
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in graduates with degrees in:
- Psychology
- Criminology
- Sports Science / Coaching
- Education or related fields
You will be:

- Passionate about supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
