We're recruiting Youth Coaches to work in specialist SEN and SEMH schools across Bristol, supporting pupils who need positive role models, encouragement and guidance to thrive both in and out of the classroom

You'll help young people develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation and the skills they need to succeed. Many of the students you'll work with have faced challenges in education and benefit from strong, consistent adults who can motivate, inspire and support them every day.

Your Role

As a Youth Coach, you'll:

✅ Build positive relationships with students

✅ Support behaviour, engagement and emotional wellbeing

✅ Encourage resilience, confidence and independence

✅ Deliver one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions

✅ Help young people overcome barriers to learning

✅ Work alongside teachers, pastoral teams and therapists

✅ Celebrate progress and achievements, both big and small
