We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join a specialist SEN and SEMH school in Bristol, supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, social, emotional and mental health needs, and communication difficulties.

The Role

Working closely with teaching staff and specialist support teams, you will support pupils both inside and outside of the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop confidence and achieve personal goals.

You will support children and young people with:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties
• Communication and interaction needs
• Additional learning needs

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Providing 1:1 and small-group support

✅ Supporting emotional wellbeing and self-regulation

✅ Encouraging engagement in learning and school life
