Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside a large MAT (Multi-Academy Trust) Secondary school within the area of Deptford (Lewisham) who are looking to recruit a number of Graduate Teaching Assistants to work alongside their KS3 and KS4 students from September 2020 on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children between 9 – 16 (not essential) and will be educated to a degree level.

This Deptford based school itself had been rated ‘Good’ by its last OFSTED inspection in early 2017 and is continuously looking to improve. Essential Requirements:

• Degree level qualification (2:2 Minimum)
• Able to provide a full 6 year career history and able to provide 2 references
• Hold a valid passport
• Clear Enhanced Child Workforce Only DBS (registered on the update service)
• Experience of working/supporting with children between 9 – 16 (not essential)
• London based address – or able to commute to Deptford

Desirable Requirements:

• Additional CPD courses
• Experience working with SEN students (not essential).
