The London South Secondary branch of Teaching Personnel is currently looking to recruit graduates to work in a variety of roles in secondary schools. Ideal for individuals who are either considering or have decided they would like a role in education, there are a number of opportunities starting immediately.

There are several roles available where you are able to make a difference, not only to young people's education, but their social skill set, their personal develop and so much more. Working as a behaviour mentor or learning support assistant you can help children who have behaviour issues or Special Educational Needs.

Do you want to make a positive impact the way in which students perform in their assessments and in other aspects of life?

Are you a confident, outgoing individual, with the ability to show compassion and think on your feet?

We will find something suited to your attributes. Registering with ourselves is simple; you will be guided by your own expert consultant throughout the process, providing you with great insight into potential schools. We offer additional benefits, such as :

  • Continuous professional development, including areas such as Safeguarding and behaviour management
  • A generous referral scheme-- where if you successfully register and refer a friend, you will receive £50 once they successfully work for 5 days
  • Access to the Southwark and Westminster Archdiocese through the Catholic Schools Recruitment Partnership
  • Daily rates of around £60--75

We have the ideal role for you whether you are more interested in tuition/revision groups from GCSE to A-Level to help students through their examinations, or assisting in the cover of classes. Schools are currently hiring specialists in any and all subjects, as well as young people with strong behaviour control capable of controlling a class.
