At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to expand our team of cover teachers with recent university graduates. This would involve you covering lessons for teachers what have already been planned for you, your main responsibility would be to manage the behaviour of the students and ensure they stay on task. This can be a long term role or short term role, depending on what that the schools requires, we can also offer part-time or full-time roles so you can be fully flexible with your working pattern.

Key Information:

  • Pay will be up to £12.90 - £15.50 an hour depending on experience
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills will be needed for this role
  • Ability to establish working relationships quickly and effectively
  • The schools are located in the Manchester and South Greater Manchester making it easy to access
  • This role is an immediate start
  • You must be confident running a class
  • This role will require you to be available to contact at 7 – 8am in the mornings
  • This role would have you teaching KS3 and KS4 students

This role is excellent for those looking to work varying schedules with each week being different from the next. We allow all our staff to mark off days they do not want to work in their calendar making it easy and efficient to alter your schedule so you can have the work pattern you need without having to even call us.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
