General Teaching Assistant required in Kingsbury

Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for an exciting new role? Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on the behalf of a reputable Primary School in the borough of Brent and they are in need of a teaching assistant who is available for an immediate start. This role entails working closely with pupils across KS2 and helping them to prepare for their upcoming SATs. This will include carrying out reading and maths interventions.

This multicultural, Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school is located in Kingsbury and is a short walking distance from the train station and has excellent transport links. There is a well established senior leadership team at the school and the successful candidate will receive their full support whilst working at the school. They pride themselves on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with pupils, members of staff and the parents. Children are always encouraged to achieve beyond their expectations so the school are in search of an exceptional teaching assistant who can add real value to the school.

The ideal candidate:

- At least 1 years teaching assistant experience across KS2

- A valid DBS on the update service or willing to complete application immediately

- Knowledge of the national curriculum

- Experience doing guided reading and Maths interventions

- Vibrant and bubbly personality
