Physics and Chemistry Teacher needed for September start in South East London School

  • Pay in line with teaching scale point (£22,467 - £38,250 per annum)
  • Public transportation links directly outside of the school gates
  • Full time position, teaching Physics/Chemistry across KS3 and GCSE

A coeducational Secondary school in South East London (between lower Sydenham and Beckenham) have an upcoming requirement within their Science department for a teacher of Physics and Chemistry from September.

Due to a restructure within the faculty, the incoming Physics and Chemistry teacher will join the school on a full time temporary basis for two terms. There is an opportunity to obtain a fixed term contract from 2018.

This school currently has fewer than 1800 pupils on roll, and with the facilities in place, the incoming teacher of Physics or Chemistry will have the tools available to create dynamic and inclusive lessons.

The appointed teacher of Physics/Chemistry will be fully supported by the Science department, and will be expected to take on full departmental responsibilities.
