Science Teaching position open in an outstanding Church of England Academy for girls aged 11-18. This fantastic school is located in the easily accessible London borough of Lambeth. Both of the last two Ofsted inspections rated the school outstanding, the school has excellent links with the local community as well as being easily accessible by bus, train or car.

The school is a good size with 614 students and 186 Sixth Form students along with a staff of 90. The school provides a nurturing, safe and intellectually stimulating environment as well providing a strong programme of extra curricular activities enabling students the opportunity to live enriched and fulfilled lives with the best support available to them.

THE ROLE: 5 days per week, working as a Science teacher for KS3 and KS4, working as a Physics teacher for KS5. You will be joining an excellent Science department in newly renovated and refurbished offices, classrooms and the latest state of the art facilities. The entire science department is extremely welcoming and friendly.


Must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed

Previous UK teaching experience – Science KS5

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
