Teacher of Science
Would you like the opportunity to deliver high quality and innovative science lessons to motivated students with a strong passion for science?
Would you like to teach KS3 and KS4 Science in a 'Good' school within Kent?
I am working with a well established and co-educational secondary school in Kent, who are looking for a qualified Science teacher to join the school's dynamic and forward thinking Science department in February.
They are seeking an engaging and enthusiastic teacher of Science to continue to uphold its high standard of teaching and raise attainment in all areas. The school is dedicated to working in accordance to its values; allowing learners of all abilities to achieve and succeed. Based in a picturesque town in Tonbridge, Kent there are good public transport links along with easy access by road and parking is also available on site for all staff members.
Within this teacher of Science role you will be expected to prepare, plan and deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will be encouraged to use innovative teaching techniques to improve pupils learning experiences; as well as assessing understanding at every available opportunity. The school offers access to a variety of CPD courses, whilst being encouraged to collaborate through exchanging knowledge and sharing best practice with like minded teachers.
For this Teacher of Science job you will have;
• QTS
• Experience as a teacher of Science at KS3 and KS4
• Highly motivated and committed to delivering a high standard of teaching
• The commitment to support and challenge pupils to reach and exceed their aspirations.
• The ability to plan innovative lessons to meet the needs of a range of students.
• Organised with great communication and interpersonal skill
