Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant required in ‘Excellent’ Burnley Primary School

  • A proven track record in an EYFS or Nursery setting is a necessity.
  • Work under ‘OUTSTANDING’ leadership and be well supported within school.
  • Have the opportunity to undertake a range of professional development courses through Teaching Personnel.

An Ofsted graded OUTSTANDING school in Burnley have approached Teaching Personnel in order to appoint an EYFS specialist teaching assistant to take up a full time support role (32 hours per week) from May 2017. The role will run on a probation period for half a term with the view to taking up a temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in a forward thinking OUTSTANDING primary school. The Head teacher has stressed that she is looking for a Level 2 qualified (or above) enthusiastic and experienced Early Years teaching assistant who can manage key worker groups, support the class teacher and deliver 1:1 support in Reading and Writing activities.

The role will be 5 days a week.
