General Cover Teaching Assistant

- £60 - £70 per day, depending on experience

- Full-time position, 8:30 - 16:00
We are seeking teaching assistants to work in Primary Schools in the borough of Brent. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are considering a career within Primary Education as you will gain valuable experience and have the chance to work in a number of schools in the borough.
This role consists of providing general support to the classroom teacher, assisting with the preparation and planning of lessons, working with small groups of children and monitoring and tracking pupil progress and providing feedback to parents and staff. Also, this role will include supervising during break times and lunch times.
There are roles available across all Primary Ages and there are full-time and part-time positions available.
Please apply if:
- You have a passion for working with young children
- You have some experience supporting children i.e, classroom based experience, nannying, youth work
- Degree qualified preferred, but not essential
- Good command of the English Language
- Flexible and able to use own initiative
- A valid DBS that is registered on the update service or willing to complete an application immediately.
