What is the Future Teachers Programme?
The Future Teachers Programme is help grow the experience of new and proactive graduates who want a career in teaching and want practical experience before starting their teacher training.
How it works…
If you join our Future Teachers programme, you will take on a variety of responsibilities and roles within our client school. You will undertake a variety of tasks and activities that will give you a good understanding of how life as a teacher looks and the day-to-day workings of a classroom.
Whilst you build our experience you will also be paid for your time!
Responsibilities will include…
- Covering classes.
- Supporting SEN.
- Help with the planning of lessons.
- Being hands on in helping with the running of the classroom and the students.
Requirements…
- Completed your degree by summer 2021 (All secondary subjects are required).
- Be able to commit to the programmes Monday to Friday for the full school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
