Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Manchester based Primary school in Wythenshawe, M23 to help recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA) to begin working on a full time basis after the May half term.
This 1 form entry Primary school in Manchester, M23 boasts an amazing early year's facility that currently has over 35 pupils in both the nursery and Reception classes. This Roman Catholic school has received a "good" rating in their most recent OFSTED report in 2017 and has been able to maintain this high level. The School has recently appointed a new head within the last 12 months and has really strived under the excellent new leadership. The new leadership has received great praise "Together, senior leaders have transformed the school, halting a two-year decline in standards and ensuring that the quality of teaching, and outcomes for pupils, are good."
The Manchester based primary school are looking for someone with experience in the early years that will be able to hit the ground running and really fit in well into the school. It is important that the candidate is able to build good rapport with both pupils and current staff. The role is a permanent position as the school want to promote continuity throughout the school for their pupils as it is important to the learning process.
