A client primary school of Teaching Personnel, based in the central Salford area, M6, proudly serve the local community and surrounding areas. The majority of their children come from disadvantaged backgrounds and pockets of social deprivation. As a result, this large primary school are looking to appoint an SEN teaching assistant to add to their Early Years and Key Stage 1 department from Easter. As an SEN teaching assistant within Early Years and Key Stage 1, the main focus would be on a nurturing basis so having an understanding of the complex issues and challenges children in this area face, would be highly desirable.

This large Salford primary school pride themselves on their advanced support structures and new facilities to create positive and stimulating learning environments for all children. As the successful SEN teaching assistant, you would be working closely with a talented and experienced SEN and inclusion team to help children in the Early Years and Key Stage 1 access the curriculum and make good progress.
