EYFS teaching assistant - Bury

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a friendly and warm Primary school based bury (BL9), looking for a number of teaching assistants who have previous experience working in a nursery or reception class to start in September and carry on until the end of the academic year.

The school's EYFS department increased in size last year and the Head teacher is expecting a large increase in class size. Because of this, the school has a number of roles available across the nursery and reception classes for successful candidates.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with EYFS ages children in a class room or similar setting and phonics experience is desirable but not essential.

  • £285 - £315 a week
  • Start date - 2nd September 2019

A successful candidate will have:

  • A level 2 or above teaching assistant
  • Appropriate experience working with reception children (EYFS)
  • Knowledge and implementation on phonics schemes
  • A fun and creative approach to learning
  • Experience working within large classrooms
