Teaching Personnel are recruiting for an Early Years and Foundation Stage Class teacher Temporary contract for 1 year (with possibility for this to be extended at the end of the temporary year period)

The School we are working on behalf of are looking to appoint an outstanding FS2/KS1 practitioner to work within our ambitious and forward thinking school. The post is temporary for 1 year with the possibility for this to be extended at the end of the temporary year period.

The school is a happy and welcoming place providing around 230 places for children from nursery to Y2. are seeking a dynamic, passionate and inspirational teacher to join our committed and hardworking team. At this particular Nursery and Infant School the children and families are at the heart of all they do.

The schools motto is for children to enjoy their childhood and be valued for their individuality, culture and heritage.The the school has a fun, family centred atmosphere where everyone is welcome and where everyone is valued.

The Ideal candidate will:

  • hold a secure understanding of the EYFS/KS1 National Curriculum
  • * Is an outstanding and reflective practitioner, who has experience across KS1 and EYFS;
  • * Is committed to both providing high quality learning opportunities and making a difference to all our children; * Is an effective team player who can inspire and motivate children and colleagues;
  • * Is committed to working closely in partnership with our families, governors and the wider community, including our Family of Schools;
  • * Has high expectations of themselves and of others;
  • * Is committed to supporting all children to reach their potential;
  • * Has previous experience and excellent knowledge of the new National Curriculum, EYFS, continuous and enhanced provision, and the teaching of early reading, writing and maths.
  • * Has drive, enthusiasm and positively to continually raise standards
