Full-Time Experienced Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Cardiff & surrounding areas
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday, full-time

Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed and experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Primary settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in the classroom who can bring stability, creativity, and enthusiasm to a school team.

What the role involves:

• Providing support to the class teacher across daily lessons

• Working 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils progress

• Assisting with behaviour management and classroom routines

• Supporting children with varying needs, ensuring every child feels included and encouraged

• Helping create an engaging, safe learning environment

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience working as a TA (minimum 1 year preferred)

• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Is adaptable, reliable, and confident supporting pupils of all abilities

• Brings patience, positivity, and a genuine passion for working with children

• Can work effectively as part of a team and follow teacher direction

Requirements:

• Experience working in a school or educational setting

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

• Right to work in the UK

• Relevant training or qualifications are desirable but not essential
