Teaching Personnel offer a personalised tutoring service to help schools increase pupil attainment. We call these our intervention programmes and each of these has been designed to help pupils reach their full potential. These tuition sessions are in a one-to-one or one-to-two environment, encouraging pupils and increasing their subject knowledge on English language and literature etc.
These tuition sessions take place as five hourly slots throughout the school day in a suitable learning environment.
English Tutor responsibilities include:
- Helping build confidence and raising student attainment.
- Increasing pupils subject knowledge in a relaxed and friendly environment.
- Liaising with the teacher's IEP, following the structure and providing them with feedback on the student's progress.
- Identifying pupil's knowledge gaps and assisting them in those areas.
Benefits of this role include:
- Flexible working hours tailored to your availability and the tutoring timetable.
- Being able to provide students with the knowledge they need to make a real difference in their education.
- Being a part of intervention programmes not offered by any other recruitment agency.
The right candidate will be a fully qualified English teacher who is hardworking, passionate and personable.
